Battery Park| -Battery Place, State Street, and Whitehall Street In collaboration with the Battery Conservancy, a horticultural destination will be created in the bosque area east of Castle Clinton. New plantings, paths, evening lighting, fountain, and a world-class ornamental garden will be installed. |
