Chelsea Recreation Center was opened in the summer of 2004 to provide affordable recreation and programming opportunities from the members of the Chelsea community. One of the newest centers, Chelsea offers Parks’ most cutting edge facilities. Since its grand opening, Chelsea Recreation Center has become a hub of activity for children and adults.
