Central Personnel
Central Personnel recruits, hires, and maintains records and evaluations of employees. It also conducts background checks of employees, maintains the Agency's computerized payroll system, and provides information and training related to Personnel issues.
Projects include: Providing information to employees and the general public, developing and distributing job postings, assisting with the maintenance of databases, organizing materials for job interviews, and preparing various ad hoc projects and reports.
Qualifications: Interest in human resource management. Minimum High School Senior. One year of college minimum preferred. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access a plus.
Minimum number of hours per week: 10 hours per week during school, 3 month commitment; 15-20 hours per week during the summer, 2 month commitment
