Inspection Program (PIP)
The Parks Department uses the PIP ratings to hold
itself accountable to the highest standards of cleanliness,
safety, and structural conditions. In addition, these
ratings are used to target problem-areas and to utilize
limited resources more effectively
ParkStat
Plus (Citywide
Accountability Program)
ParkStat meetings bring
field supervisors together with senior management
to review park ratings and performance indicators. The Citywide Accountability Program is a Mayoral
initiative to provide performance measurement
data for Citywide agencies.
